OvationTix sweats the little stuff so you can focus on the big stuff like selling tickets and attracting patrons. Recent enhancements cited below focus on convenience for you and your patrons, and also point to some larger improvements we’re excited to release in the coming months.
You may have already noticed this handy enhancement: you now only need to fill-in a patron’s zip code, and the associated city and state will automatically populate in Quick Sell Plus. The order of the address fields has changed slightly to accommodate this feature, which will help shave a few seconds off each transaction… and every second counts in those minutes leading up to your event!
OvationTix can now calculate and report on the tax-deductible value of a particular donor benefit. When building the donation benefit simply input the “non-tax-deductible value,” and this will be reflected in your ‘My Reports’ fundraising queries, enabling you to send timely and accurate gift acknowledgement letters without having to run calculations in a separate spreadsheet.
Non-profit OvationTix users will appreciate the initial release of the Development Profile, which prioritizes fundraising information over other transactions and notes seen on the General Profile or “Patron Details” page for each account. Specifically, the gift history for the donor will populate in reverse chronological order towards the top of the Development Profile. Other charts/graphs are planned in subsequent releases. Please provide feedback on additional improvements to this new feature that you would like to see.
Development officers may also be interested in the moves management toggles in the top-left portion of the Development Profile. This initial release allows you to indicate the readiness of a particular donor for a gift solicitation. Future enhancements will integrate this feature into reporting and other relevant portions of your OvationTix solution.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
OvationTix helps you keep your database neat and tidy. In a small but mighty enhancement to the Patron Merge tool (allowing you to merge duplicate accounts) now you can merge alternate email addresses from separate records instead of cutting and pasting from one account into another.
We recently expanded relationship reporting to include the ability to search for any and all relationships among accounts. For example, if you’d like to generate a list of accounts that are being solicited by any board member now you can do so in the Patron Report.
